From visitors to this marketing site, we collect anonymized usage data through Google Analytics — and only after you accept the cookie banner. This includes page views, referrer, device class, and country.
From customers of the cloud console, we collect the account identity you sign in with (email, name), the site and warehouse configuration you create, and operational telemetry from the IoT controllers and lights you deploy (events, error logs, performance metrics). We do not collect personal data about your warehouse staff beyond user records you choose to create inside the console.
To operate, secure, and improve the service; to send transactional emails about your account; to respond to support requests; and to meet legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer telemetry for advertising.
Our marketing site loads no third-party scripts until you give consent through the banner. Once accepted, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies for measurement; you can change your choice at any time by clearing the iotier_consent value from your browser. The cloud console uses essential cookies for authentication and user preferences only.
We rely on a small number of vetted sub-processors to run the service — cloud hosting (Google Cloud), email delivery, and analytics — under contracts that bind them to confidentiality and limited-purpose use. We disclose information when required by law or to defend our legal rights.
We retain customer account data for the lifetime of your account and for a reasonable period after termination for backup, audit, and legal-compliance purposes. Anonymized analytics data follows the analytics provider's retention setting.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Write to info@iotier.com — we respond within 30 days.
All traffic between you and our services is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel, logged, and reviewed.
We operate from Israel. Data may be processed in regions where our cloud provider operates. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to account holders by email.
